EPE baby blanket adopts the innocuous and unpoisonous EPE(PE foam film) as the intermediate material. The front side is laminated by CPP or PE color film, which is using inner printing technology, the users will not touch the hazardous substance directly.
The baby blanket extrusion laminating machine is one of the most popular packaging equipment in the market. It can laminate EPE sheet, PU foam sheet, EVA foam sheet, XPE foam sheet, sponge and other plastic sheets with plastic film, kraft paper, aluminum film, non-woven fabric and other films.
Put the plastic particles into the hopper of the laminating machine, heat and melt it, then extrude it from the T-die, it can work as a layer of glue which sticks the plastic sheet and the plastic film together.
The finished product not only has a protection function, but also has a good sealing strength, and there are other composite material properties.
